Amoretta
A small catalogue, kept small on purpose.
Amoretta is an eight-piece catalogue of intimate wellness objects, sold from the United States with plain packaging and no card details held on this site.

We started with a complaint rather than an idea. Almost everything in this category is sold in one of two registers: clinical, as though the customer is a patient, or coy, as though the customer needs to be reassured. Neither is how people actually talk about the subject, and both make a simple purchase feel like a transaction with a stranger who is judging you.
So the catalogue is small and the language is plain. Eight pieces with pages of their own, a short list of accessories, and three guides. If a product is not here, it is usually because we could not source the material consistently rather than because we did not like it.
What we choose, and what we refuse
We choose materials we can name: platinum-cured silicone, glazed ceramic, machined aluminium, borosilicate glass. We refuse porous materials, scented body products, and anything that needs a paragraph of explanation before it makes sense.
We refuse a number of commercial practices as well. There are no reviews on this site, because we are not going to publish a five-star rating we wrote ourselves and we are not going to invite reviews on a product that most people would rather not discuss in public. There are no countdown timers, no "only two left" notices, and no claims that a product is clinically proven when it has not been through a trial.
How the site is built
This site holds no payment details. When you enquire, we confirm the piece, the tax for your state, and the delivery window, then send a secure link. The enquiry form stores your message and your email address; nothing else. There is no advertising pixel on any page, and the only optional cookie is a page-view count that you can refuse.
We are a small operation. That is not a marketing position, it is a limitation: we answer enquiries ourselves, we pack orders ourselves, and when something is out of stock it is usually because a supplier has changed a formulation and we have not yet approved the replacement.
The name
Amoretta is a diminutive — a small, affectionate form of a word for love. It was chosen for the sound rather than the meaning, and we have been slightly embarrassed by the meaning ever since. It is, at least, not a word that gives anything away on a bank statement.
