Gifts & sets

Chapter five

Given without explanation.

Boxed sets in plain outer packaging, with a card that says what is inside in words you would not mind someone reading.

How to choose

Gifts & sets, in three decisions.

A gift in this category has one extra requirement: it has to survive being opened in front of someone else, or being left unopened on a table. That rules out most packaging. Everything here ships in a rigid box with a neutral outer sleeve, and the enclosed card describes contents in plain language.

We do not offer gift wrap with patterns, ribbons printed with the brand name, or messages on the outside of the parcel. If you want us to include a handwritten note, ask when you enquire and we will include a blank card for you to fill in yourself.

  1. Choose by material, not by price

The most useful gift is the one that matches what the person already owns. Silicone and ceramic behave differently and are not interchangeable.

  2. Keep the receipt option open

Every set can be exchanged within 30 days if unopened. Tell us at the time of enquiry and we will note it on the order.

  3. Say less

The card that ships with our sets describes the contents and nothing else. There is no copy about romance, wellness, or self-care, because those sentences rarely survive being read aloud.

Questions asked about this chapter

What is the difference between your silicone and ceramic pieces?
Silicone is soft, warms quickly, and is the better choice if you want something that does not feel like an object. Ceramic is heavier and holds temperature, which changes how vibration travels — it reads as a lower, warmer hum. Both are non-porous and both can be cleaned properly; the choice is about weight and sensation rather than safety.
Are your products phthalate-free?
Yes. Every body-contact item in the catalogue is made from platinum-cured silicone, glazed ceramic, or machined aluminium, and none of those materials uses phthalates in their formulation. We name the material on each product page rather than relying on the phrase alone, because "body-safe" has no legal definition in the United States.
