Why this piece exists
Hush solves the problem the Quiet Case cannot: the bag you already carry. It is a drawstring pouch in coated matte fabric that does not rustle, sized for one device and its cable or two small pieces, with a dark grey lining that shows nothing if it opens in public. There is no lock, and we say that in the listing — Hush is about the rattle and the dust, not about security.
The fabric took five samples. Coated fabrics usually shine with handling and crack at the fold; this one is a matte polyurethane on a polyester base that stays quietly black, and the drawstring runs through a brass eyelet rather than a stitched channel because stitched channels are where drawcords go to die. The whole thing weighs 68 g and costs less than a lunch, which is what a pouch should cost.

Use
Wipe the inside out after packing anything that has been cleaned but not fully dried — the coated fabric does not breathe, and damp silicone sealed in any pouch will smell.
Cleaning
Wipe with a damp cloth. For a proper wash, hand-wash cold with the cleanser you use for devices, reshape, and air-dry open.
Storage
Store empty and open when not in use for long periods, so the coating does not take a crease.
Long-term
The coating is the part that ages: after a couple of years of daily stuffing, the fold lines whiten slightly, and that is the coating flexing rather than failing — it keeps its water resistance throughout. Wash it cold by hand with the cleanser you use for devices, never in a machine, and dry it open. The brass eyelets will patina to a soft brown, which looks better than the day it shipped.
Material safety. Platinum-cured silicone, phthalate-free, non-porous. Clean with warm water and mild unscented soap or a silicone-safe cleanser; avoid alcohol and silicone-based lubricants, which dull a matte finish and can leave a film. Full detail in the materials guide.
